Pastor Comer, is the Senior Pastor at Berean Covenant Church in Champaign, a three year old church plant.
Pastor Comer grew up on Chicago’s Southside attending high school at Simeon Vocational High School. Upon graduation he pursued his college degree at Delaware State University but after facing financial hardships he left school for the purpose of joining the United States Army to earn money for college. Pastor Comer spent eight years in the Army. After his discharge he fulfilled his academic desire. Pastor Comer received his Associates Degree from Kennedy-King College, his Bachelors Degree from Chicago State University and his M.A. R. Degree from Liberty Theological Seminary.
Pastor Comer is the founder and National President of Zeta Phi Zeta Christian Fraternity and Sorority Incorporated. This is an organization designed to connect Christian Men and Women to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ on college campuses without being ashamed.
Pastor Comer shares his love for God and ministry and with his wife, Zabrina, his daughters, Marcia and Tyanna and his son Vernon.
