This position will be supporting the PACE Adult Day Health program in West Seattle, WA.

Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Adult Day Health program. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, feeding, changing incontinence products, and clothing.

Required qualifications:

• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License.



• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.



• 1 year Healthcare setting.



• Working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
