This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to join our team. The test engineer will maintain a development environment, incorporate industry standards and best practices to ensure software development follows a structured development, test, and release management process.

Job Duties:

• Applies industry standards and best practices for managing test tool and software development.
• Adheres to change management, configuration control and enforcement of service level agreements.
• Analyzes users requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures in support of system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and provide feedback to technical delivery team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more years experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative science field
• Active TS/SCI Clerance
• Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
• Experience supporting the federal government or DoD

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
• Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations
• Experience with Agile Software Development

Clearance Requirements:Active TS/SCI

Basic Compensation:

$103,600 - $155,400

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
