KBR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as anAIAnalyst. This is a contingent hire for a full-time client facing position supporting a government agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of ourAItechnologies and products. You will work on a broad range of projects, from initial development to deployment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implementartificial intelligenceandmachine learningsolutions using emerging technologies such asdeep learning,natural language processing, generativeAI, and AgenticAI.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends and designs and developsAI/MLmodels to solve business problems.
• Utilizes understanding of model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise on appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions.
• Identify potentialdata securityand integrity issues ahead of implementation.
• Develop and apply current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods, to ensure the accuracy and reliability ofAI systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deployAI solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree incomputer science, Electrical Engineering, orComputer Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years ofartificial intelligenceexperience
• Active TS/SCI

Desired:

• Strong background insoftware engineering,artificial intelligence, andmachine learning.
• Experience with current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods.
• Experience developing withmachine learning frameworks(Pytorch,Tensorflow, MxNet, Caffe,Keras, etc.).

Basic Compensation:

$125,200 - $187,700

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
